I've never been to church before. Is Vibrant for me?

Absolutely. We design every Sunday with you in mind. You don't need any church background, religious knowledge, or experience ā€” just show up and we'll take care of the rest.

What should I expect when I visit?

You'll be greeted at the door and pointed toward the auditorium. Services run about 60ā€“65 minutes and include contemporary worship and a practical Bible-based message. You won't be singled out or asked to do anything uncomfortable. We also have programming for kids from birth through 5th grade during all three services.

Families with Kids or students

  • We have ministry for every age ā€” from babies in the nursery all the way through high school students. Here's how it breaks down:

    • Nursery ā€” Birth through 23 months

    • Preschool ā€” Ages 2ā€“4

    • Kids ā€” Kindergarten through 5th grade

    • Students ā€” 6th through 12th grade

  • First-time families check in at our welcome kiosks where you'll register your child and receive a security tag. That tag is your child's match to pick them up safely after the service. It takes just a few minutes and our team will walk you through it.

  • Safety is our top priority. All of our volunteers go through background checks and training before working with kids. Our check-in system ensures only you can pick up your child.

  • Kids experience age-appropriate worship, Bible teaching, and activities designed just for them. It's fun, engaging, and built around the same values we teach on Sunday mornings for adults.

  • Our student ministry is for 6thā€“12th graders and meets on Wednesday nights. It's a place where students can ask real questions, build friendships, and grow in their faith. Check our Events page for times and upcoming events.

  • Of course. You're always welcome to keep your kids with you in the main service. Kids ministry is available but never required.

  • Vibrant is a Christian church in Mechanicsburg, PA. We exist to connect everyone to Jesus ā€” through weekend services, groups, students and kids ministry, and serving our community. We're a church for people of all backgrounds, whether you've grown up in church or have never set foot in one.

  • We meet every Sunday at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 AM. All three services are identical so come at whatever time works best for you.

  • 1775 Lambs Gap Rd. Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 ā€” We're located in Mechanicsburg, PA. Plenty of free parking is available on site.

  • Expect a warm welcome, contemporary worship music, and a practical message from the Bible. Services run about 60ā€“65 minutes. You won't be singled out or asked to do anything uncomfortable ā€” just come and experience it for yourself.

  • Come as you are. You'll see everything from jeans to business casual ā€” whatever makes you comfortable.

  • We are a nondenominational Christian church. We hold to the historic essentials of the Christian faith while giving room for grace on secondary issues.
